· online at www.myvue.com
· by calling 08712 240240 (Calls cost 10p per minute from BT, other networks may cost more)
· at any Vue cinema till point, or
· at any Vue cinema automated ticket machine (“ATM”)

2. We accept the following forms of payment:
· cash (pounds sterling (only) except for Dublin (Euros only))
· Visa, Mastercard and Maestro cards (and Laser cards in Dublin)

3. Ticket prices vary from cinema to cinema and at different times of the day. Tickets are sold at the price displayed at the time and point of purchase. All prices and fees include any applicable value added tax.

4. Tickets are subject to availability and are non-refundable. Seating will be unreserved unless otherwise specified at the time and point of purchase.

5. For tickets purchased online and by telephone, a card handling fee is payable in addition to the ticket price. This will be notified to you at the time and point of purchase. The card handling fee is charged by Vue Booking Services Limited (a member of the Vue Group which acts as an agent of Vue Services Limited) in consideration for processing your credit/debit card transaction with its bankers.

6. For tickets purchased online and for your records, we recommend that you print the “Thank You” page which appears immediately after you complete your purchase. This page advises how to collect your tickets and confirms your purchase.

7. For tickets purchased online or by telephone, tickets can be collected at any Vue cinema till or ATM. Any required proof of identification will also need to be shown at this point and/or at the point of admission to the auditorium.

8. For tickets delivered to your mobile phone as a barcode, please note that the person receiving the barcode is considered to be the rightful ticket holder. On most handsets, forwarding the barcode is not possible, however, if you can do it, then only the first person to arrive will be allowed in, any subsequent people trying to gain access will not be allowed. If you lose or delete your ticket you can collect it as normal from the ATM or till point using the credit card which paid for the tickets.

9. We believe that purchasing tickets from our website is absolutely safe. We use the latest industry standard encryption technology to keep visitors’ personal information safe. All ordering information (including names and credit card details) is encrypted using SSL ("Secure Sockets Layer") for maximum security. Credit card and billing information cannot be read as it travels to our booking system. To ensure that your information is even more secure, credit card information is stored on a server which is not accessible from the internet as soon as it is received. Credit card transactions are handled by a third party financial institution which receives the credit card number and other personal identifying information only to verify the credit card numbers and to process transactions. If guests feel more comfortable doing so, however, they are welcome to purchase their tickets by telephone.

10. It is not possible to use any promotional vouchers to reserve tickets in advance online or by telephone. Vouchers must be surrendered at a till point at a participating Vue cinema. Vouchers must show an approved date stamp in order to be valid and must be redeemed on or before date shown.
